Credit Card Payments Policy
In accordance with Section 50-1-6 of the Official Code of Georgia, the Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services has developed and adopted a Statewide Electronic/Credit Card Payments Policy. As required by state law and policy, all state entities that currently accept or wish to accept credit card payments for any state taxes, fees or other payments must follow the policies and procedures established by the State Depository Board. Effective November 1, 2003, the Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services has issued a new statewide contract number 48600-170-20040001; Merchant Card Services for a term of one (1) year through October 31, 2004. Please contact Jeff Carman or Rasheed Dawodu at 404-656-2168 for contract information. The forms below are required once the request for credit card approval has passed the State Depository Board.
The contract mentioned above was renewed on November 1, 2007 and extended through October 31, 2008.
